Dave and Jen Bohler
In 2006, Dave was hired by ABC’s hit show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Dave became the Director of Construction, leading a master build team and up to 5,000 volunteers through the construction of projects up to 10,000 square feet in only 106 hours! Jen followed him around the country and enjoyed assisting the design and locations teams.
When they returned home to Glendora, CA, Bohler Builders Group was born. They work with a highly skilled and dedicated team, balancing home renovation shows for television and home renovation projects for private clients along the foothills.

David Collard
Vice President of Construction
After the New Zealand accent, the first thing you’ll notice about Dave Collard is his passion for his family, his work, and his hobbies. He is the epitome of “work hard, play hard” evidenced on his job sites and in the Glendora foothills with his mountain bike club. He joined the BBG Team in 2012 on day one.
Scott Lawrence
Senior Project Manager
Scott enjoys coaching his kids sports teams and rooting for the Redskins. Look for him in the local baseball card stores with his son or at the father / daughter dance with his daughter. We worked together on the original Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and when the show ended, he joined BBG in 2012.
Ben Bergler
Project Manager
Ben is an artist who likes to visit galleries and work on projects around the house with his wife. When he’s not playing sports with his kids, his favorite teams to watch are the Lakers and the Angels. Ben joined BBG in 2017 and has been an asset to the team.
Mike Medina
Craftsman
Mike and his boys love riding horses together, competing in rodeos, and helping out at a local ranch. Mike is a certified welder and jack-of-all-trades. We’ve been blessed by his skill since 2012.
Jon Clark
Site Superintendent
Jon discovered his love of woodworking in junior high. Don’t tell his teachers, but as an 18-year-old high school senior he was able to write his own notes out of class to go back to Woodshop and work on his projects. He had his own cabinet business in Glendora for many years before joining us in 2018. After work he enjoys hanging out with his grandkids, smoking meats for the family and making homemade vanilla.
David Musson
Project Manager
In high school, this guy was the Washington state record holder in javelin. He then became the national champion at Azusa Pacific University. Today he enjoys adventures with his family and giving clients the gift of sanctuary in their newly remodeled spaces since 2020
Tim Bohler
Senior Project Manager
Not known for downtime, David’s brother, Tim, officially said goodbye to his 9 to 5 on a Friday in 2021 and came to a BBG kickoff meeting the next morning. Time off includes building a playhouse for his grandkids, surfing Doheny, and riding motorcycles on the sand dunes.
Steph Ham
Project Manager
“How can we get her to come work with us?” This was the first question we asked in 2019 when we found Steph on the Extreme Makeover reboot where her positive spirit and work ethic made the impossible happen. Maybe it was being born on Christmas that gave her that celebratory attitude.
Scott Kinney
Site Manager
You’ll see both Skinney’s love of art and soccer in his creation hanging in our local Mantra coffee shop. Ask for Sven. Skinney joined the team in 2022 and while he can tackle any project, the only thing he can’t do is stand still - he will fall asleep in three minutes.
Taylor Mabuni
Site Manager
From his childhood in Hawaii to college at Azusa Pacific University, Taylor deliberately surrounds himself with good mentors and friends so we feel honored he chose to work with us in 2022. Two warnings about Taylor: Don’t enter an archery competition with him (he will win) and don’t go skydiving with him (he will select based on the cheapest Groupon).
